Good to know
How do Border Bucks work?
They land in your Border Bucks wallet the moment each monthly payment clears, and you spend them on any draw exactly like cash. They never expire. They are store credit, so they can't be withdrawn or used to pay for the membership itself.
How do the free Star Prize draws entries work?
You get your package's number of tickets in every Star Prize draw, automatically, within seconds of joining and again every time a new one opens. Real ticket numbers, in your orders like any other entry. Nothing to claim, nothing to remember.
How do you work out what a package is worth?
Border Bucks at face value, free Star Prize draw entries at £2 a ticket (the usual ticket price) for one draw a month, the member discount at its full monthly allowance, and birthday Bucks and merch spread over the year. Hover the figure on any package to see the sum.
Is there a limit on the discount?
Yes. Each package has a monthly allowance (CLUB £3, VIP £8, ELITE £15) that resets on the 1st. It is taken off automatically at checkout on draw tickets. Border Bucks and the discount stack.
Can I change package?
Any time, from My Account. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month, with the same renewal date. Downgrades cost nothing today and the new price starts from your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from My Account, in two clicks. There is no contract and no tie-in. Every perk carries on until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Does the membership count towards my spending limit?
No. Membership payments sit outside your Borders spending limits, so a limit can never block a renewal. Every ticket you buy still counts towards your limit exactly as it does now.
How do I get Borders Black?
By invitation. We invite our most loyal members ourselves, so there is nothing to apply for.
Billed monthly to your card. No contract, no tie-in, cancel any time from My Account → Membership and keep every perk until your paid month ends. Border Bucks are store credit and can't be withdrawn. Discounts apply to draw tickets only, up to each package's monthly allowance. 18+, play responsibly, your Borders spending limits always apply.
