We want to transform Coldingham’s current playpark into a vibrant, inclusive and modern space where children of all ages and abilities can play, explore and thrive. Our aim is to create a safe, colourful and inspiring environment that promotes physical activity, imagination and social connection — a place for local families, neighbouring communities and visitors to enjoy.
Why We Need Your Help
The current playpark is old and no longer meets the needs of today’s children. With your help, we can install exciting new play equipment, accessible layouts and safe surfacing — creating a vibrant space that encourages activity, imagination and connection.
A small volunteer team is working hard behind the scenes to secure funding. With 50% already committed by Coldingham Community Council, we’re applying for additional grants and aiming to raise £10,000 through local fundraising.

Coldingham Community Council is a volunteer-led group dedicated to representing and supporting residents in Coldingham and the surrounding area. We work closely with local people, groups and schools to improve facilities, tackle rural challenges and bring positive change to our village.
